These 5-1/2" black nylon cable ties are UV-stabilized at the compound level, giving them sustained resistance to solar degradation that standard nylon ties cannot match. An 18 lb tensile strength rating and a self-locking pawl deliver a permanent, secure closure on cables, cords, wiring harnesses, and bundled materials.
The UV stabilization makes these ties well suited for exterior electrical installations, outdoor signage, fencing, rooftop equipment, and facility maintenance tasks where prolonged sun exposure would cause untreated nylon to become brittle and crack. The black pigmentation further reduces visibility in exposed applications.
Each case contains 1,000 ties measuring 5-1/2" long by 0.10" wide, providing practical bulk stock for electrical contractors, maintenance crews, and manufacturing facilities. Cases ship via parcel carrier.
